The Houses: Egg Harbor House

For the last couple of years there has been a small collection of tiny homes residing in a small community among park models in Egg Harbor River Resort in Egg Harbor Township, NJ just about 15 minutes from Ocean City, NJ.

One of those homes was built by one of our local PA tiny home builders, Liberation Tiny Homes.  The Egg Harbor Tiny House was a former Air BnB located in the River Resort and has now, made it's journey to the mid-state and take up residency here at Tiny Estates for people to come and enjoy over the winter months.  If you've been wanting to try out this house you won't have to travel far to if you live in the area.

The house is 28' long, which is 4' longer than the Liberation farmhouses and moderns that we also have here at TE.  Those homes can comfortably sleep four people, but the Egg Harbor house has sleeping accommodations for up to six!  Two lofts with one king, one a queen and a double pull out sofa in the main living area will make this a great tiny house for larger families wanting to stay here.

Also featured in the home is a 6' concrete breakfast and eating bar, a full 4' bathtub for soaking the little ones and shower with subway tile.  The kitchen however, doesn't have the typical propane cook-top but does offer a small heat plate for pots and pans, and of course is furnished with a refrigerator and microwave. You can also use the grills we have on site for cooking as well as the wood burning fire pits.  Who doesn't love a good burger or hot dog cooked over an open fire?

The Egg Harbor house just arrived at TE and will be ready soon for bookings.  Keep checking our social media and website for updated pictures and availability.  When you schedule a stay in the Egg Harbor house, be sure to sign up for a tour of TE when you're making your reservation.  We do tours by appointment only at 11am and 12pm daily (weather permitting).  You will have the opportunity to go inside some other homes and see the different Liberation builds as well as other homes.  While you're in the area, you can schedule a tour at Liberation Tiny Homes as well.
