The Be Positive Tiny House One of the latest arrivals at TE is the newest gooseneck, coming in at 32' long.  Handcrafted by Roughcut Tiny Homes in South Carolina, the new "Be Positive" (cottage) tiny house will be available for part-time rentals during the year. Owner, Bonnie Upton will stay in the home part-time during her retirement and also spend part of her time traveling.  Bonnie has spent some of her life in a cabin in Bucks County, PA so she is already used to the size and she doesn't think going tiny will be very hard on her.  She believes in the less is more philosophy and is hoping for calm, peaceful and organized living amongst others with the same ideas.  She is hoping for regular visits with her neighbors and good conversations over wine and cheese in the future with them.
