The Houses:  The Skyline

The Skyline is one of the newest additions to our already great lineup of tiny homes.  But if you are looking for something a little different, this house has some great unique features. 274sq ft doesn’t seem like a lot of space, but you will be surprised at how well this space has been designed.  It sleeps up to 6 people with two queen lofts and a fold out sofa. Both loft spaces are unique with two different and unique sets of steps to access the lofts. One loft has walk up stairs that wind along the wall and up to the sleeping area with a queen bed.  The other has a different type of stairs that almost appear floating, those are pictured below that leads to the loft where there is a custom live edge wood piece that serves as an artful headboard and queen bed.

At 24’ long and 8.5 wide, you will not feel like you are in a compact space.  The bright blue color stands out against the natural landscape and green of the trees surrounding the house.  It’s perched up above some of the other tiny homes in a peaceful setting giving glimpses of the fishing pond below.

This is the perfect house for 4-6 people.  Coming to Hershey Park for the day or other local family attractions? This would be a great house for your stay.

This THOW comes to us from Liberation Tiny Homes in Leola, PA by way of an investor.  The new house has a new style refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom and refrigerator on the top portion of the appliance.  We also see a new two burner propane cooktop that we haven’t seen before from this builder.  But we do like seeing the new features.  Speaking of features, there is a great live edge wood breakfast bar just inside that has a great large window to gaze through during meals.

**Update on Brandi and Jon and their tiny journey.**

They’ve had a bit of a battle with securing financing and fitting into small margins of guidelines provided by tiny housing lenders.  That has set them back minorly, but they have financing secured and are on their way to getting their tiny built.  The trailer has arrived and has been pulled inside the work site to begin the build. We are very excited for them and cannot wait to see pictures of their progress.  We will keep you all updated.
