We opened in April of 2018 with 8 tiny homes being rented nightly. We are now up to 14 units onsite, one of which is occupied by our on site manager Cody who built the tiny house himself.
Each tiny house we have is unique, varying in size, style and layout. We currently have as small as 12 feet of interior space, up to 39 feet long! The goal of this endeavor is to not only showcase what tiny homes are about and how cool and unique they can be but to also allow people the opportunity for a unique lodging experience in one of them. Why stay in a hotel room that looks the same no matter what city you are in? Stay at tiny estates and experience a unique space with all a hotel would typically offer and more.
Our vision: we can put 100 tiny homes on the site, each one being unique. These units are available for nightly rent like hotel rooms and vary in cost depending on size. On average a standard unit would be 24 feet long and rent for about $135 a night. This type of unit would sleep up to four people and be fully equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom (with standard hookups so no need to understand composting, etc), a lofted bedroom and a first floor sleeping option (sleeper sofa, murphy bed, etc.).
We will also be building a full events center, store, arcade and community space as we expand. For now we have community areas with hot tubs, propane fire pits and outdoor sofas, outdoor games (corn hole, ladder golf, etc) and log firepits for smores and jiffy pop.
Our goal is to show what an all tiny home community at this scale looks like so we can make more of these nation wide- not only for nightly rentals but for full time tiny house folks as well! The Houses: The Low Country September 9, 2018  Many of you maybe already familiar with the Low Country. It made a quite an impression when it arrived here at Tiny Estates, and for good reason. This tiny house has big personality and lots of rustic style. Built on a 39 ½’ gooseneck trailer, this low country rustic timber home has plenty of space with 379sq ft of space to call home. The Houses:   The Skyline The Skyline is one of the newest additions to our already great lineup of tiny homes.   But if you are looking for something a little different, this house has some great unique features. 274sq ft doesn’t seem like a lot of space, but you will be surprised at how well this space has been designed.   It sleeps up to 6 people with two queen lofts and a fold out sofa. Both loft spaces are unique with two different and unique sets of steps to access the lofts. One loft has walk up stairs that wind along the wall and up to the sleeping area with a queen bed.   The other has a different type of stairs that almost appear floating, those are pictured below that leads to the loft where there is a custom live edge wood piece that serves as an artful headboard and queen bed. The Houses:  The Escape Houses number 32 and 33 rolled in not that long ago.  Both coming from the tiny home builder, Liberation Tiny Homes. We have several houses onsite already from Liberation and but these two are quite unique. The Escape is black and gray on the exterior and is the modern version of the Rumspringa.  Similar to the farmhouse originally, but the roof is a shed style roof more like the roof a modern.  The house has lovely wood accent pieces throughout including a custom made headboard mounted on the wall in the loft and a wood feature on the end of the loft that extends onto the ceiling. Some have already said that the wood pieces on the loft and ceiling resemble bars in a jail cell and the dark colors of gray and black don't necessarily jive with the name the Escape, but it seems fitting for this new tiny.
