The Houses: The Adventurer

July 8, 2018

This lovely blue modern style home was built by Liberation Tiny Homes in Leola, PA. The Modern offers a wide-open feel and open living plan with its tall ceilings and high placed windows. The Adventurer is 24’ long and 8.5’ wide and has many great features as well as modern décor with pops of teal color.
One unique feature is the murphy style bed in the downstairs living area. The bed itself, is built into a shelving unit that displays beautiful decor, and in the middle, it looks like a cupboard. You simply move the couch cushions and pull down the handles and the bed come down and rests on the coffee table for additional support.  This is a great option for those wanting to stay in a tiny home without going up into a loft. Our Modern style homes, the Adventurer and the Developer both feature first floor murphy beds.
The kitchen is trendy with a stainless farmhouse sink, butcher block counters, larger refrigerator and a propane cook top. The bathroom has a normal flushing toilet, sink and walk in shower to help you feel at home.

The upstairs loft is accessible from storage steps. There you will find a tranquil queen sleeping loft, with sleek windows and recessed lighting. There’s plenty of head room and room to move around in this loft.

On the outside sign of the Adventurer, you will find the name Adam. This home was named after Adam Hobson, who is a partner in Tiny Estates, and younger brother of CEO, Abby Hobson.

Adam is a recent college graduate and has a degree in Film & Television from Elon University.  His passion for adventure has led him on a tiny journey of his own. He recently bought his own 90 sq. ft. van and is converting it into a THOW and will follow his adventurous spirit on the road. He is looking forward to financial freedom and better organization in his life. Living tiny on the road will also allow Adam to follow his passions of traveling, climbing and doing freelance video work.

He truly is and adventurer and is eager to begin a full-time life of freedom and expression on the road. We wish him all the best and safe travels.

Being adventurous can mean different things to many people. It could be as courageous as skydiving, zip-lining, climbing, or as simple as traveling somewhere new, trying new foods or meeting new people.  The great thing is that it's your adventure to define. Maybe staying in a tiny home is adventurous, maybe your curiosities will lead on a tiny adventure. The spirit of adventure is in the air and we encourage all who wish to step out of the box a little and try tiny, and all it has to offer. Whether it be one night, a week, a month, or possibly even a lifetime, the adventure is yours.
