Investing in Tiny
Tiny Estates has really grown over the past 8 months. We went from opening in the beginning of
April with just a small handful of homes, to now, currently having 28 homes on site. It has been an amazing start for us. As many of you know, the property here at TE will
be under going development for the next several years, so there are so many
more great things to come, that will truly make this a wonderful resort
experience for everyone.
We anticipate the building of a pool in the early spring as
well as a few more buildings on the property for guests to enjoy, and to make their
experience here complete. We will just keep some of those good details for
later announcements, so stay tuned!
Our location also makes it great place for families and
travelers of all types. We’ve said it
many times, we are centrally located to Lancaster, Hershey and Harrisburg, and
so that puts us right in the middle of so many great South-Central Pennsylvania
attractions and venues. Even though, we
are just outside of the town limits and just inside of a country setting, and
it’s still accessible for Uber and Lyft to pick up our many guests who like to
use this service.
One reason, we’ve seen such growth in our tiny house numbers
is also investor units. We have a
growing amount of tiny homes that come to us for one reason or another. Some people have built tiny houses and then were
informed after they built, that they weren’t allowed to have an additional unit
on their property, or it wasn’t legal in their area. People
have also built them to enjoy personally, and for whatever reason, haven’t used
them like they previously thought they would.
So rather than having their tiny treasure sit empty and unused, we have
had some come to us and are used for the purpose of investing, and it’s
trending here at TE. So far, this is
shown to be a great investment with good returns. We are hoping to see more great new unique investor
homes coming in the next year.
There are great opportunities for this type of investment
and so many options as far as sizes, finishes & fixtures, themes and
customizable plans for every budget. If
