The Houses: The
Traveler
We are excited to announce a new addition to Tiny Estates,
the Traveler just pulled in! It comes to
us from a local builder and is an investor unit, owned by Donna Weaver. This home is beautiful and well built and
should be available for rentals very soon.
This 24’ home is 245sq ft and features two sleeping lofts,
one king and one queen and a sleeping sofa in the main living area. Stainless steel appliances are featured in
the kitchen as well as a large sink and propane cook-top. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two
in the kitchen area that is situated under a large window, so you can enjoy outdoor
views with your meals.
The interior colors are gray and white, with a sleek
look. The bathroom has a pentagon shaped
shower, regular flushing toilet, sink and washer dryer combo unit.
The exterior has cedar lap siding, a metal roof, a bump out
for exterior storage and a welcoming red door.
We welcome new investor Donna, who also spent some time
working part time at Tiny Estates, so she is well educated on all things tiny
here at TE. She was working on her own design for her tiny house but decided to
purchase this home from a local builder in the meantime.
Donna has a master’s degree in education from the University
of Phoenix and has spent most of her adult life living in Philadelphia. Originally, from Elizabethtown, PA, Donna
recently moved back to the local area.
She gave the house the name “Traveler” for the many years
she has traveled throughout the Caribbean, Europe, the US and few other interesting
destinations. The house will reflect the
“I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list” life theme. Donna doesn’t have
plans to live tiny yet but is still working on her dream design for her
retirement tiny home and hopes one day to have several tiny houses located
throughout the country for her to travel to and enjoy.
The pictures of the Traveler featured in this blog are from
the builder and do not include any of the special decor that will be displayed to
reflect Donna’s theme and travels. Watch
our social media and website for updated interior pictures when the house is
available to rent.
Looks nice.
